Who We Are: Founded in 2016, Bubbles or Not is a PADI 5-Star IDC located in the heart of historic downtown Harlem, GA. Founded by U.S. Army Veteran Bob Bennett and his wife Rose. The Bubbles or Not team strives to build a thriving local dive community, promote a healthy mental and physical lifestyle and protect the beautiful but fragile environment for the next generation.

Available Positions
Instructors
- 2-3 years of experience as a PADI and EFR Instructor.
- Minimum PADI OWSI, 20+ with Open Water Certifications.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and possess interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in diverse populations.
- Ability to handle last minute changes.
- Knowledge of scuba equipment and be able to sell gear.
- Knowledge and experience of handling minor maintenance & servicing equipment.
- Knowledge of basic computer skills to include, Word and Excel.
- Instructors must have valid drivers license.
Travel Liaison
- Preferably an Instructor or Dive Master.
- Must be able to travel locally, domestically, and internationally.
- Ability to lead and manage the travel logistics for a team of 12-20 divers.
- Flexible and must be able to cover shifts or instruct when needed.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and possess interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Knowledge and experience in handling minor maintenance & servicing equipment.
- Ability to handle last-minute travel changes.
- Knowledge of basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.
- Must have a valid Passport.
Equipment Specialist/Technician
- Well-versed in the diving industry.
- Experience in fill station operation.
- Scuba cylinder servicing.
- Basic BCD and regulator servicing.
- Retail sales, assistance with clients when needed.
- Maintain and conduct inventory.
- Basic computer skills.
