Bonaire Scuba Group Trip

We’re heading to Bonaire for a group scuba trip. Located in the southern Caribbean just north of Venezuela, this Dutch Caribbean island has protected its marine resources for over 35 years, resulting in abundant marine life with more than 470 fish species. Known as one of the Caribbean’s top dive destinations, Bonaire offers pristine reefs, historic shipwrecks, and calm conditions ideal for both new and experienced divers. 

Divers can enjoy unlimited shore diving on the reef just off our resort or explore the wider Bonaire National Marine Park through scheduled boat dives, making it a perfect destination for all levels.

DIVE RESORT ESCAPE

Our 7-night stay at Plaza Beach & Dive Resort Bonaire includes unlimited shore diving for certified divers, with an optional package of 17 boat dives available. Accommodations are in the Junior Suite Laguna, a spacious, newly renovated suite with two king beds, air conditioning, and a terrace or balcony overlooking the lagoon or marina. Upgrades to poolside or grand suites are available.

This all-inclusive resort offers unlimited meals, snacks, drinks, and entertainment. Guests can enjoy dining at The Tipsy Seagull with ocean views and live music, or relax with cocktails at Coconut Crash Beach Bar. Resort amenities include a marina, beach, pool, activity center, and complimentary use of snorkeling gear, kayaks, and paddleboards.

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED?

  • Airfare
  • Transfers if required: $30 per person round trip unless listed above (transfers are not included as shore divers may want to rent a vehicle to dive at other locations around the island. Transfers are included in the boat diver package as renting a car may not be practical for boat divers.)
  • $40 per person marine park fee is additional and must be purchased in advance. 
  • All guests MUST pay the Nature Fee online through: www.bonairenaturefee.org
  • $75 Visitor Entry tax is additional and must be paid online prior to travel or upon arrival at the airport at: https://tourismtax.bonairegov.com/

  • Junior Suite Laguna – Diver in double occupancy: $1979 (plus add-ons)
  • Junior Suite Laguna – Non-Diver in double occupancy: $1749 (plus add-ons)
  • Junior Suite Laguna – Diver in single occupancy: $2799 (plus add-ons)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  •  It is mandatory to print your proof of purchase of your STINAPA Nature Fee and present it to the dive shop along with your certification card and legal photo ID such as your passport.
  • The dive shop will not be able to check you in and allow you to dive without payment proof. You also need this proof of payment to enter the National Park.
  • If you forgot to purchase your online tag, you may be able to purchase it online at the resort, however we recommend you do so in advance.
  • If you fail to provide proof of payment, an administrative fee may apply for retrieving that info.
